If you have two data centres connected via DWDM, could you use the nexus 5k platform and fabricpath across that link.
Site A - Cisco UCS > Nexus 5k> DWDM ----------- DWDM------Nexus 5k----Cisco UCS---Site B
why would i need to use the nexus 7k, if i dont need OTV
