I think the SG doesn't take into account the fact that after the redistribution process, when we are asked to force the route to the 145.1.37.0 prefix via the external EIGRP route, if we don't change the external OSPF external distance on R4 to something bigger than 170 we will take the path via R5 because R3 has 2 interfaces and when we filter the prefix on the first multilink interface of R3 there will be the second multilink interface that will do the advertisement and it will take over the path that we want install.
