RSVP Mandatory "Not Enough Bandwidth" Issue

Hi,

I am trying to setup a G.729 call between HQ and SC. As soon as I change it to mandatory in the location, I get an error message "Not enough bandwidth". The MTP is configured fine and registered with the CM and it is also assigned in the device pool. Any pointers will be of great help.
