I cannot figure out why my virtual link will not come up unless I change the cost on the serial interface of R3 toward R2. Note, i've changed my rid to 2.2.2.2/3.3.3.3 for r2/r3. If I change the ospf cost on serial1/3, both sides show 'up'.
