Hi,
Facing a strange issue with CUPC Desk Phone control. It is disabled and the server health status reads "Partially Connected(Primary)" - Cannot Connect to Phone.
Over at CUPS, the user is enabled for Desk Phone control and the troubleshooter finds no problems.
At CUCM, the phone is registered and the user has device association as well as control of device from CTI.
Any ideas what could be responsible for this?
