Need a clarification or tip about the way in the Lab , if possible, evaluate solutions.
Question was to integrate CUE with CUCM. That's ok. I created a jtapi app user for the integration, made it, all working fine BUT i'm in doubt
with one thing. I gave the user the cti AND axl capabilities, though in the solutions i found only the cti.
I thought that axl capabilities was needed for the cue web gui integration. Is this to be considered a mistake or just somenthing more that ll not affect the points? Is it up to the proctor ?
And is this a general way of considering the "more" in the configs?
