•  R2 cannot establish BGP session with SW2. Do not change the peering addresses to resolve the issue:

 

I configured the neighbor x.x.x.x disable-connected-check but since there is an INBOUND ACL at the SW2 with a 

"Permit tcp any any eq established" I also configured the peering transport connection-mode active at SW2 and passive at R2.

Is this is valid as well?  If R2 actively start the session traffic would be dropped by the ACL.  I think eventually the peering could come up, but to ensure SW2 always starts the negotiation. Is this OK as well?
