Restricting access to your ESXi Virtual Rack

I have built a virtual rack using an ESXi server and now want to enable a few co-workers to use it.

What options do I have to be able to allow one co-worker to access the rack at once?

Currently I just access the routers directly by telnetting to esxiserverip:2001 etc
