5.27 EIGRP Bandwidth Pacing

Quick question on this task... would this be considered a valid solution?

 bandwidth 308

Considering EIGRP uses 50% of the bandwidth by default, if I configure 308kbps as the bandwidth on each interface then it would effectively be using 154kbps and it would satisfy the requirement right?

I'm just wondering if the task title "EIGRP Bandwidth Pacing" actually gives you a hint that you must use the bandwidth percent command instead of manipulating bandwidth itself. Any thoughts?
