Did Mark snow create a study plan for the CCIE DC track?

Did Mark snow create a study plan for the CCIE DC track?  I followed his plan for the CCIE R&S and i passed it on the first attempt not only that, I finished the config section within 3 hours and the TS within 1 hour.
