I failed my 2nd attempt. And while I kinda know what I could improve on the configuration section, I'm very lost about the troubleshooting score.
10 tickets. Wrote the numbers 1-10, started from the beginning, if couldn't make it work on the first approach, skipped to the next one. I understand that we should be very specific on how we're fixing the issues. So we can't just reconfigure everything from scratch to make it work. And I know that I failed one question, because I removed configuration that I shouldn't have, and then probably didn't reproduce it correctly. But looking at the score I only got 7 right. Although I tested everything twice and it looked right to me.
So I solved everything, but not the way Cisco expected. What would be your advice on how to approach it next time?
