I was reading one of the INE blog posts regarding overconfiguration and it prompted this question.
Would implicit configuration also include the topology diagram? For example, if loopback4 is shown in OSPF area 77 on the diagram, but no task explicitly asks you to add it into the area, would it hurt to add it (or not add it?).
I'm not clear on where a topology diagram would fit into the order of precedence. As I understand it, explicit commands overrule implicit. But if a task seems to imply one thing, and the diagram another, which one guides?
