Regarding IP comunicator

Hi everyone,

                 I am using Cisco IPC to to get registered with my CUCM 8.6 , but my IPC not registered and its showing Blurred screen(its not allowing to change TFTP and ADapter settings) as like below,

 I tried these things,

          1. I installed Cisco IPC in .exe file in laptop.

          2. Even when i try to login as Administartor , its not working.

          3. I tried to reinstall and again i tried the same , but no change.

          4. I done all config part in CUCM side.

          5. I am facing same issue with well working IPC also (ie ) i cant able to change TFTP settings.

So Please assist me in solving this issue.
