Conferencing in CUCM

Hi All,

I have already set it UP Hardware Conference Bridge  , but I see only Conferecing  option in CUCM  such as

1. Meet Me -- (Someone has to press Meet me softkey to activate the Conference)

2. AdHoc - (User can add more conference participents)

But what i am looking is user can dial a Conference Number Just like any 4 Digit Number and  they are In conference if it password protected it will be great ..

Call to conferencing Number is From PSTN to  CUCM or Locally in LAN ...!!!

requesting to give me suggestion to implement .
