Restarting UCCX 7

Hi 

I recently started Module 19 of Workbook I volume 3.5.  There is a section that requires TS with the activation of services with the UCCX servicablity tool.  After which you are meant to reboot the server.  I assumed that the reboot would be with CLI but I was unable to connect via SSH admin@<ip address>.  Is this the correct way in which to reboot the UCCX 7 server?
