9216i...

Posted on NetPro and haven't had any response.  Appreciate any input...

Just purchased a couple of 9216i for the lab.  I am looking to upgrade to 4.x  software.  However, whenever I try to upgrade I get the following error.  Looking it up, it appears to be an incompatible software image. 

 According to this:

I should be able to get to 4.2(9).
