The IP addressing used on the diagram for R6-BB1 says 54.x.4.0/24 but in the solution guide it has 54.1.1.6.
I changed R6 to 54.26.1.6 and voila I can now ping BB1.
I am trying not to use the solution guide but I am thinking that this is an impossible task given the wrong IP information.
