Question for the Pros

Let's assume we want to show only Received and Missed Calls (in this order) when pressing the directory button while the other phones should show default behaviour. (Missed,Rec,Placed,Pers,Corp Dir)

Mark wrote a good startup guide for this here http://ieoc.com/forums/p/22038/174534.aspx#174534. All this does is basically change the order on the Items being displayed when hitting Directory button, but we could as well modify the IPPhoneMenu to only show our required Received and Missesd Calls. (note the order again, first Received, then Missed)

Then go to the phone where we want this to show, select External URL as described in his post and we are done. Well almost, because this breaks the VM button. (use external and we didnt enter anything at this point for messaging).

C/P the url which is found under Phone Services into the Message field under the phone (Application:Cisco/Voicemail) results in a blank screen when hitting the message button.

C/P http://PUP_IP_ADDR:8080/ccmcip/getmessagesmenu.jsp results in a screen where i can select VM and then have to select this but this is not exactly what we are used to + it won't work during SRST since that URL wont be reachable and every HA/SRST question ends with make sure VM is working ;) So no Cigar!

Selecting Both as Service Provisioning Option will make VM work (if you remove the URL again from Messages) however it will display Received and Missed Calls twice (once from our Custom file, and once from the Application url under Phone Services).

Any ideas?
