Manage Phone in SRST Mode

i need help to control phones in SRST Mode . I tried to add the below coomand under telephony service , but i get error that this is not recognized command

telephony-service

url authentication http://177.1.254.254/CCMCIP/authenticate.asp admin cciecisco
