LAB Confirmed or Not ? please help

Hi Guys,

I scheduled my R&S LAB and also do the payment in the CCIE Online Scheduling System, Now I see in the down left of the page this:

Is "Payment authorized"  means that payment is confirmed ?  should i normally receive some email confirming my reservation?  since i just receive one email about some transaction number..
