Sorry in advance if someone had already posted this question/concern.
Two weeks ago I test drove a rack rental to get a feel of everything before diving in fully into my studies. I came across an inconsistency that has been bothering me and for some weird personal reason I feel like I can't move on without "closure".
I inquired this with INE directly but they pretty much insisted I was "seeing things" yet even their HardwareSpecification.pdf was also inconsistent with what's in the diagram... at least for Lab 1.
LAB 1 in INE.CCIE.RS.Lab.Workbook.Volume.2.Diagrams.pdf shows SW1's Fa0/14 is directly connected to SW2's Fa0/21.
When I did a "show cdp neighbor"on SW1 the output clearly show the connection to SW4 is Fas0/21... NOT Fas0/14.
Rack20SW1# show cdp neighbor
Rack20SW4 Fas0/21 148 RSI WS-C3550- Fas0/15
On page 9 of HardwareSpecification.pdf show
SW1 Fa0/21 connected to SW4 Fa0/15
I just need validation from this community that I am not crazy and that I am not the only one seeing inconsistencies in the diagram(s) at least for Lab 1 not matching with what is physically connected.
I guess if there are inconsistencies then you guys are just updating the diagram(s) in the pdf as you're moving along.
Thanks everyone
