Yesterday I was configuring the CUE integration with CUCM and I had a issue.
First, this was the configuration.
Intersite codec G729
Transcoder resorcer in HQ-XCODE and SB-XCODE with the same DP. (HQ_DP and SB_DP)
CTIs in SC_DP.
MRGL for SC with: SB-XCODE, Soft_Pub, Soft_SUB.
The thing is HQ and SB phones couldn't connect with CUE route point. using the CTI ports. The problem was the CTI ports couldn't use transcoder resources and they need because CUE doesn't use G729. Even when I included SB-XCODE resources into the MRLG asociated to SC.I could fix this easily changin to CTI DP from SC to SB or HQ.
After some test I realized the devices which try to use a transconding resources configured in different DP, don't have access to them.
This is true? May that be my problem?. Is there anyway to fix this without change the DP in transcoder or device?
