Lab Approach

Hi Guys,

I should be taking the lab exam in the upcoming weeks and just wanted to clarify a few things:

1. Lets say I have a scenario which requires me to deploy a technology such as PPPoE and I can't get it to work over time... and that task has say 2 marks... If I am sure I can get the core technologies (VPNS, Routing, etc) working...if I configure basic ethernet instead of PPPoE, I get to lose the 2 marks...do I lose additional marks besides the two?
2. Lets say I have an ebGP scenario and say I want to test a backup route...(without using say soft reset) and instead configure failover systems such as BFD...if the exam does not specifically asks for that...do I lose points for configuration of additional features?
