anyone seen this?

(on CSR)

R1(config)#router ei 100
%EIGRP: Could not create the router process
R1(config)#router ei 10
R1(config-router)#do sh run | in eigrp
router eigrp 10
R1(config-router)#

It lets me create eigrp process 10.  But not 100?!  (and no other eigrp config on the router)
