I have some weired issue, I have CUCM Active Version 9.1.2.11900-12. I want to Enable the Web Access for Cisco IP Phone 7965.
I did the following Setps:
(1)
1. Navigate to System > Enterprise Phone Configuration.
2. Navigate to Web Access.
3. Set to Enabled. (Select the Check Box)
4. Click Save > Save and Reset IP Phones

1. Navigate to Device > Device Settings > Common Phone Profile.
2. Standard Common Phone Profile.
3. Navigate to Product Specific Configuration Layout > Web Access.
4. Set to Enabled.
5. Click Save > Apply Config or Save > Reset.

1 .Navigate to Device > Phone.
2. Navigate to Product Specific Configuration Layout at the bottom of the page.
3. Set Web Access to Enabled. (Select the Check Box)
5. Save change. Reset
Once done all the steps, I tried on the Phone
Settings -> Security Configuration -> Web Access Enabled (NO) It is still showing NO.
I thought, It is Firmware / Load issue of the Phone, I have upgraded with the latest firmware but still the same issue.
All my CUCM Cisco Unified Serviceability -> Service Activation -> services are also enabled.
I tried to restart the CUCM as well.
