I found this whitepaper to detail out how to block FHRPs over OTV: http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/switches/nexus-7000-series-switches/white_paper_c11-644634.html#_Toc288015924, which lays out some scripts. I've tested them and they seem to work.
Does anyone know if this is something we have to memorize for the lab exam, or is there a place in the documentation we can reference? I've searched but found nothing.
BTW - the modification for VRRP is 'permit 112 any 224.0.0.18/32', and mac-list xxx seq 15 deny 0100.5e00.0100 ffff.ffff.ff00
