There's no possibility for SW3 to see the 28.119.16.0/24 and 17.0/24 prefixes (what is shown in SG) because in 2.3 task we set the no-export community at R6, so R3 (AS100) can't advertise it to R2 (AS300) and R2 can't pass it to SW3.
