Questions about workbooks and racks

Hi ,

I have the following few questions which i hope you answer:

1- I saw that the workbook for v4 seems to be available at http://www.ine.com/self-paced/ccie-security/workbooks.htm ,

   can you confirm that it is complete ? 

   does purchasing this workbook (by 399$ as announced) cover Vol1 and Vol2 ?

2- Regarding racks rental and tokens, how many tokens are needed to use a rack for a specific period of time ? in other words, how many tokens would an hour take  ?
